Responsibilities:
The Associate Brand Manager is a critical role within the organization, reporting to the CEO. He or she will be responsible for identifying potential brand partners in the beauty category and building those relationships. He or she will also work closely with Marketing and Social Media on marketing campaigns and other initiatives.

Work with the brand management team to identify and manage a portfolio of relationships with high-end brands in the beauty category

About You
We are looking for an Art Director to help us design the future of GLOSSYBOX US, from our New York office. The candidate should bring 4 years of experience working for a fashion/beauty brand, design studio, upscale magazine or design-driven corporate environment with a clear vision and design language matching the GLOSSYBOX luxury approach to beauty. A great portfolio, excellent communication skills both visually and verbally, strong leadership skills, and the strength needed to work within a young and fast-paced start-up atmosphere are indispensable.
Responsibilities
• Lead concept and art direction and approve of all brand assets including graphics, online advertising, web editorial and collateral, e-commerce product photography and video, PR materials, internal communications (business cards, stationery, etc).

We are currently looking for an Online Marketing Intern. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Online Marketing Manager and will focus on affiliate marketing, CRM, email marketing and online partnerships.
You will be given the opportunity to work with teams from different departments such as PR, Social Media, Digital Media, Creative, Brand Management and Operations.
This position will allow you to deeply understand the startup dynamics in the luxury beauty industry and to get a valuable experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential new affiliate publishers
- Assist in day to day communication with affiliate partners
- Initiate collaborations and marketing activities with affiliate partner
- Analyze email marketing performance and make recommendations
- Assist in building a monthly CRM calendar
- Coordinate online partnerships
Requirements:
