With the busy days that I have, I search for a primer that will hold up to all the demands of my schedules. While this primer works well and holds up, it left me feeling a little dryer than I had hoped. I do have dry skin and think that the product might a better fit for someone with oilier skin.
I was skeptical beause I have used numerous face primers. I feel this one works well with liquid foundation. I have very oily skin and I do have to use blotting papers periodlically during the day to maintain my excessive oil. However I dont have to use a lot of blotting papers if I use this primer. I recommend this product so happy I received this in my Glossy Box.
This product is amazing. It keeps my face from getting oily all day. Sometimes I got so busy in the afternoon that I didn't have time to do a touch-up and by 5:00 I was a shiny mess. This stopped that. It's now an everyday staple.
It has a light-weight feel to the skin, doesn't feel like you have anything on! I have comb to oily skin, this has worked so well!
I have incredibly oily skin and it does not matter which foundation or primer I have used, by mid afternoon my make up is melting. With the OC8 it stays in place and really controls the oil. I just fell in love with this cream!

This is a good primer. The package says it can be applied before makeup
it holds better when applied over the makeup but the skin doesnt look as dewy as it does

I was worried because the name is so scientific sounding and it smells pretty medicinal. I thought maybe I'm putting a science experiment on my face!? However I haven't had any problems with my skin and my makeup truly looks like I just applied it all day long. I am going to continue to buy. I finally found my primer!!! Yay!!
Weightless, non-irritating, and effective, this mattifying gel is a must-have for all-day shine control! This would be great for photographers to offer their clients pre-shoot. I have combination skin and apply this to my t-zone only. My makeup performs even better with this as a base! I have tried other mattifying products, but this OC8 gel feels better and is dramatically more effective than the others. It doesn't leave my skin feeling slick and unnatural or sticky like many others.

This product is part of my daily routine now. I tend to get a pretty oily face as the day goes on. This mattifying gel starts working immediately and also leaves your skin feeling and smelling freshly cleansed. I also find I use less makeup with it because of how well my foundation adheres to the gel!
I have combination skin and use it on my t-zone. Only complaint is the outrageous price.
I was skeptical at first. But after using it a few times I feel that my skin looks so much smoother, and it keeps my face from getting too oily. Put on after moisturizing and before putting on makeup. It makes a huge difference. I love it. A++
Long-wearing and matte has been a long road to buying, testing and searching the right primer that met expectations of enhancing long-wearing foundation. Usually my foundation alone or with other primer brands is quite oily by 10am. Professional Mattifying Gel certainly lives up to its name and product claims. Will defintely purchase in the future.
I was most impressed with this oil blocking cream product of any samples i have ever tried. It really does work! My skin looked great, did not feel goopy or masky on my skin and did not break me out. Washed off easily as well.

I love how light this gel is and how it doesn't leave me sticky. I also love how it lasts 8 hours so I don't have to worry about reapplying. I have already started to see a slight difference in lighting some dark spots and I've only been using it a week.
I used it today with the missha bb cream and I just have to say, the mattifying gel is AWESOME. I have a very oily skin and today, I didn't even have to blot my face. Thank you very much for this awesome product.
