3Kinda chalky in a sense. It kinda makes my lips feel even more dry and doesn’t lasts long. Maybe lasts like 5 minutes tops.

4I usually use O'Keefe's lip repair every winter. This is a simular product, I just miss the cooling effect . So this almost there for me.
