Okay so the product variety is absolutely amazing! Wow, skin make up hair everything!!! The products seem to be of quality but still not soooooo expensive that I wouldn't buy them in the future. I'm thrilled for next month. 4 stars because 2 items exploded during shipping and ruined the inside of the box. However, customer service was back to me within 8 hours of reaching out!!!!! I was so shocked and happy with the response time and they offered multiple solutions and they were so nice and precise and quick!!!! Amazing first experience! Wow, good job Glossy Box!!!!

November Box not Thrilling as October's

First off, I love opening a GlossyBox. Presentation and quality of box is nice. But in November's box, the eyeshadow palette was damaged and messed up the whole entire box inside. Was very messy with powered eyeshadow everywhere. Also, the eyeshadow was too dark even if I wanted or could have salvaged it. Glossy really needs to personalize the eyeshadows based on your profile. Would have preferred more makeup items. I have too many masks, peels and hair products. How about offering customized foundation &/or concealers to the mix?

This month's box had really nice products in it. The only problem I had was not having the product info card included inside the box! I really hope you go back to including this. I enjoy getting and reading it every month. I even keep it in the bathroom on the counter to remind myself of every product's usage directions.
