Back when glossy was good
5Wow this was an amazing box I can't believe it had 3 full sized i items in it. What happened

5This was my 2nd box and i really loved it. To begin with i liked the box's design in which all the products came. The products themselves were very good as well. I loved the Doucce Blush duo palette, La Roche-Posay hydrating cleanser, NCLA Clean up your act. The other products were also very good. In this box i believe the only thing i didn't really like was the Luseta beauty Shampoo and conditioner just because they smelled like coconuts.

3I loved the Aerin lotion and the doucce highlighter. But other things were just okay. It was an okay box, not over the top box.

1I have never had a damaged product in a glossy box but in July I had 2. Emailed customer service with pictures over a month ago and still have not heard back from anyone. I\\'ve sent follow up emails and only received automated emails back that my query has been update. Not impressed

5I really enjoyed my first glossybox. From the moment I opened the package, it felt special. The box was of good quality, the little sticker on the wrapping paper was a nice touch. I am so in love with the body wash! So far I have only tried that and the face wash, but I am very much looking forward to trying the rest of my products.
