5To find a sub box that contains products that can all be used...well, that's rare. Glossybox is my unicorn.

1I've been trying to call and email and I'm not getting any response. I had a question about a duplicate box and the automated message told me I would receive a reply within 48 hours. It's been 4 days - I followed up today and still no response. Could someone please assist me?

3This review is for the November box. This was my first box and I was pleased for the most part considering I used a super rare promo that got me a box for $1. However, it is now February, and I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone from customer service about the broken blush I received in my box. It's not the one shown in the photo above, it's a different one I think the one on the February box page, and it arrived shattered. This super sucks because the blush was really pretty and different from what I usually use and I'd really LOVE to get the replacement. This box was okay in my opinion... The 12 benefits hair spray stuff is amazing. Didn't care for the color of the OPI, but I love nail polish. I cancelled my subscription due to not being able to get anything resolved and still had to pay for one more month. I figured I'd be getting the March box, but my account says ending February 2015. I'm going to be so mad if I get the classic glossybox listed on the of. It's nothing like the awesome Feb. Box and I have no desire to receive it AT ALL. TOO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE won't answer me. I had high hopes for this subscription.

5I absolutely Loved the February box, it was a special treat to be pampered, and one I shall continue and recommend to all my friends. We women sometimes put ourselves last due to being so busy, but we need to be pampering ourselves and treating ourselves with love and attention...we deserve it!

2My Glossybox was definitely not what was expected. I received two items manufactured by Glossybox blush & nail polish! Neither item will be used. It was a complete disappointment judging by the products listed here and what was actually received.

3Glossybox is okay, but I keep getting mostly skin products when I don't use them (I already have a routine that works for me). I even got a second of the same sample (that I didn't even like) in different boxes. Why even bother filling out a beauty profile if they don't take it into account? Unless you don't really care wheat you get you're better off just spending your money at a store so you know what you're getting. The surprises you get in a box are not surprising in a good way.

5Just started my subscription, and it was a good choice! The box was good quality and the products were fantastic . I'm not too crazy about confetti nail polish but it still seems to be a good brand.
