This is a great shimmery eye pencil (the kind you put in the corner of your inner eye to make them pop). It also definitely lives up to its name with swimmable. It does not move from your eyes once applied!

So...not only do I love to use this as its intended purpose as an eyeshadow stick, I absolutely love to use to use this as a lipstick. The color is perfect for an awesome lip shimmer as well!
