an easy to use liner
4I am relatively new to using eyeliner and I was pleased to find that this liner is easy to apply and stays put all day long.

4This eyeliner makes perfect lines with prisicion. Makes perfect cat eyes. It’s light to hold and easy to store in your purse or pocket. It stayed perfect in the rain and came off easy with just water and a cloth.
