I love the way this product is packaged - the roller works perfectly for use with my eyes. I am giving 4 stars because I have tried this product a few times already but have not noticed a difference with my eye bags. To be fair, I have not slept less than 7 hours in the time I've used the product, but my eye bags are usually there regardless of the amount of sleep. This product does feel really nice on my skin though, very refreshing.

I've been using this before bed and in the morning daily since I've gotten it. My under-eye area has been retaining moisture so much better lately, which makes make-up go on so much more smoothly. Some fine lines are fading due to this while others aren't yet, but it's only been a couple weeks and I suspect over time there will be more improvement. And aside from all that, even just applying it is something I look forward to, because that cold roller is just so refreshing and soothing.
