dried out
2For some unknown reason, this eyeliner dried out the second time I opened it. I am pretty sure I completely closed it after the first use...so I am doubting the quality of this eyeliner. That aside, the applicator or the felt tip is actually very nice.

5I have bought so many eyeliner pens trying to find the perfect one & this might have done it. It went on smoothly, great dark color, perfect thin line.

1I believe the sample I received was dried out because it was very difficult to get any color transfer with this pen. It was similar to using a hard liner pencil that you haven't warmed up. The line I was able to get on my eyes was thin and surprisingly straight for the amount of passes I had to do to get any line at all.

5I am a die hard liquid eye liner fan and an expert user. I usually hate eyeliner pens. They don't give you the coverage without pressing or using them at funny angles. This was fantastic. Great dark color coverage. No extra pressing. Perfect lines. Wonderful eyeliner.
