• Cleanse your face with your normal cleansing routine. Be sure to apply mask to cleansed skin.
• Open packet, remove mask for pouch.
• Gently remove both protective sheets, from each side of mask.
• Place mask on face and adjust as needed. We suggest doing in this in front of mirror, so you can easily adjust the fit.
• Relax for 15-20 minutes.
o During this time enjoy the cooling and soothing effect on your skin.
