4The texture of this product is definitely different, but it is the best primer I have ever used! Illamasqua Mini Hydra Veil is a great moisturizer but in my opinion it is best used as a primer. It does have a bit of a sticky feel after you apply so it definitely helps you makeup to "stick".

3I prefer creams but this gel worked really well on my oily skin to control shine. My makeup lasted noticeably longer than usual before a touch up was needed.
