Unexpected results

I wasn't sure if this product would work with my curly hair. I honestly thought I was going to end up with a tangled mess between the curl in my hair and the coils in this tie. It did a good job of maintaining a grip on my hair . The only thing I didn't try to do was to slide it out of my hair like I do with regular ties and scrunchies, I wasn't going to chance it.
