The coverage was nice. Application was smooth and color was bright but not over powering. I'm not a regular lipstick wearer, but this was nice, a change from my regular lip gloss.

It really was a beautiful shade of red.  It was shiny, but not a shimmer if you know what I mean.  It did last fairly long too which is always a plus.  I like to top it off with a clear lip oil to give it an extra pop!

I am not normally a "lipstick" girl. I usually wear balms and glosses because my lips peel constantly. I have used liquid matte lipsticks and they worked kind of well. But, Josephine was next level. My lips looked nice and the color stayed on longer than some of the others.

Can I get a neutral lip?

I have received this brand a few times....but never gotten a product that tempted me. This shade is lovely, but we all get so many red lipsticks in sub boxes, and I'm not the type of person to rock a red lip regularly, so I'll never get around to using it. Would love to see a product from this brand that I'm actually excited about (not a red lip or a liquid highlighter).

I've tried many lip glosses, colors, etc in similar packaging. They're usually too sticky, wet, or come right off. Not this one,  It has a nice, bold color and is a cinch to apply.  Takes just a few seconds to dry and lasted for quite some time.  Definitely recommend.
