5i love this stuff, it takes all my make up off, tho i have to use two cotton pads, but it gives my face a light feeling after, and i know its good for my skin. don't have anything bad to say about this product

Not Oily, but a Little Messy
2I only wear eye make-up, and it's usually pretty thick. I start with a primer and layer at least 3 colors of eye shadow, black liquid liner on top, black pencil on the bottom and top it off with black mascara. I normally use Mary Kay's eye make-up remover, but I find that it leaves a greasy residue. What I liked about this make-up remover is that it did not. It did a great job cutting through my liquid liner and eye shadow and usually had most of it off in one swipe, but I found that it didn't absorb the make-up like my other remover. If I used the same cotton ball to go back and wipe any excess missed, I just turned into a smeared mess. \r\n\r\nUsually, I can clean both eyes with just 2 jumbo cotton balls, with this remover I had to use at least 3, sometimes 4 (depending on how dark my eye shadow was that day.) I don't use water-proof mascara, but I did find that this remover had trouble breaking it down. I will admit to using at least 2-3 coats of mascara, but my Mary Kay remover has no problem cutting into the mascara. \r\n\r\nWhile I liked that this remover wasn't oily, I don't feel that it is as effect as other make-up removers. I wouldn't recommend this over another product.

Good for spot cleaning
4I use a clarisonic for my main cleaning, but this works well for eye and leftover spots that get missed otherwise. Also good for a quick morning refresher so I don't over dry my skin by cleansing hard twice a day.

Good product
4The spa water is a good make-up remover. I love how a little goes a long way in this case. The only thing that gets me is that I love make-up remover wipes. I just find them easier to use and it takes less time to get off make-up. If I run out of wipes I will use the spa water.

Love it!
5After trying this make-up remover I had to put my other one away! I love the fact that it's oil-free and it FEELS oil free afterwards! My make-up came off with just one swipe and it left my face feeling refreshed and non-greasy. It was even affective on my liquid liners that are usually a little more tough to get off!

4This smells nice and makes my face feel clean, but I wouldn't recommend it for removing waterproof eye makeup.

Very beneficial
5This spa water gets my mascara off really well. I love that it has herbs in it, especially rosemary, because I hear it is good for acne prone skin. This spa water leaves my skin feeling clean and not residue-y.

Very Cooling...
4I have many makeup removers... what I liked best about this one was that it had a cooling effect around my eyes when I finished! Very soothing product, would recommend if you are looking for a new make up remover.
