It's a keeper!
5I haven't really used highlighter much before and I had such fun playing with this! It's lovely and versatile. I used it on my cheeks, on the inside and outside corners of my eyes, and to highlight my brow bone. The best effect is in photographs; it gives my complexion a warm, dewy glow. \r\n\r\nIt has a nice texture that's easy to apply. I just used my finger, easy-peasy. Previously, I've tried to use Stila's Smudge Pot in Kitten in the same way, and I didn't like the texture and it was difficult to blend. So I'm really pleased that this one is soft and smooth.\r\n\r\nI won't use it as part of my everyday makeup, because I think it's really a nighttime look. It doesn't work so well in bright daylight. But I will definitely use it when I touch-up my makeup for the evening. It's a sophisticated, subtle detail that adds a gentle bit of glamour.\r\n\r\nOh, I have to comment on the packaging: I like it! I have Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (since I was 3) and have a hard time opening things. I really like that this little tub is square-shaped. It's so much easier to grip and twist off compared to a round lid. I sometimes have to ask my husband to open things like my mascara or my moisturizer. Square things are great!\r\n\r\nBack to the product itself. I really like the champagne-like color. It is just light enough that it works on my ultra-fair-with-pink-undertones complexion. I'm now interested in trying a pink-hued highlighter. This is the first time an item from my Glossybox has truly influenced and improved my makeup routine!

Made my eyes pop!
5I put this highlighter around my eyes and it made my whole face light up. It gave me a sexy, but classy look. I love, love, love this product!

Where'd it go?
1My initial review of this product is that it gives a very subtle highlight that may be too subtle, it gets lost if you do any kind of blending. I viewed this in various lighting with no change. \r\n\r\nHowever, I have medium toned skin (African American/Caucasian) which is most likely the issue. I wrestled my Caucasian mother to the ground and tested it on her (actually my daughter walked up to her and dabbed her in her eye) and I was able to see the product. I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately for my skin tone, I don't.

5This is amazing. Amazing. Soft color. Easy to put on. Does NOT get in fine lines. I LOVE this stuff.
