Apply a very light coat of LASplash Sealer/Base to area intended for glitter or shimmer (across entire eyelid and up to the brow bone.) To avoid creasing, use only what is on the wand. Dab and blend glitter or shimmer with LASplash Duo Brush onto eye area while eyelid is still wet.

Really works!
This really works! I've always complained about how makeup doesn't seem to stay on me for long, but with this, my eyeshadow looked like new at the end of the night.
Perfect
Apply, let dry, apply eyeshadow (be sure to pack on first pass of eyeshadow, the buff) and your eyeshadow will stay put, without a crease all day. Even in 90+ temperatures, and high humidity like we have in Atlanta. Put all my other eyeshadow primers to shame, even the high end brands.
Nice
This is a great product for adhering glitter to the eyelids. it is cheap and works well. its not my go to primer. I prefect something with a little color to it, this is clear on application.
Great for Arizona
Helps keep my eye shadow in place with the Arizona heat. Also helps the application of my eye shadow go on so it's a more saturated colour on the skin.
Too sticky
Even after the product dried my eyelids kept sticking together which caused a strange effect after putting on my eye shadow. Not my favorite product.
Good for summer
This is a bit sticky to apply, as the doe's foot applicator pops it onto my lid, but I use my finger to blend it a bit so I don't get a thick layer. But it works great in hot weather when you might be sweaty. It's not quite my favorite eye shadow base, but I think I might but it just for summer use.

Super easy to use
I really like how easy the product was to apply. Even better a it kept my eyeshadow bright and crease in\r\nfree all night. I used the wand to dabble little on in my finger to spread evenly.
It works
If used sparingly, this product really works. I don't wear eyeshadow, but my makeup tends to crease on my lid as the day progresses and this did a fabulous job of preventing it.
