Adding a quick tablespoon of protein like peanut butter to your snacks can easily cure a sweet tooth craving. Another good option is fruit such as grapes or cherries. If it’s time to give into your cravings, Jennifer notes that if she feels like having ice cream she goes for it! To help with portion control, she puts a scoop into a sugar cone rather than into a bowl. It’s all about willpower, people!
