According to Cook, the key to huge(er) results is to coat one eye at a time without dipping back into the tube between sides. Repeat until you have the desired effect.
3) Remember, There’s Product All Around The Brush
Most people use only a section of their brushes, even though it’s coated all around. Remember, rotate as you apply.
4) Take It All Off
