Tingly, but does it do anything?
3It definitely feels nice, especially when your eyes are tired. I don't see any changes in my under eyes, though, and I could use some serious depuffing.

3I liked this eye gel overall, however I didn't seem to notice as much difference as the other eye de-puffing product i got in another box last month. I do like how it gives a cool, refreshing feel that lasts for a bit. I will try the tip that was listed in the item pamphlet and try sticking it in the fridge for a bit before applying it.
