1I love the cobalt blue color! The tiny size made it irritating to apply. That and it chipped and cam off so fast! Did not like the finish on it either. Will not buy

5It goes on easy, dries fairly quick, & doesn't need a top coat because the finish is glossy, my color was a coral shade which is really cute, a great summer color.c
