2I didn't really care for the matte top coat. It smells horrible. I tried it over a few shades of nail polish, and the matte effect was only slightly noticeable. The polishes barely looked any different. I have other matte topcoats that truly mattify. I do not recommend this.

5I love shiny nail polish so I don't see the point of looking matte but this works great for it if you do want that effect. It has a strong smell but fades. Glad I got to try it.

4I am a big fan of matte colors and this easily coverts my glossy nail polishes into matte nail polishes. For the price of this nail polish they could improve the packaging.
