Poor Quality
1Had to use many coats to apply just right. I also am not a fan of the matte look. Not buying.

5I have a In your face bright yellow that I've hesitated to wear to work. The matte top coat toned it down and I've received lots of compliments. So glad it was in my Glossybox!
