A little dry
2This lip liner does the job but it\\'s so dry. I felt like I was dragging my lips around so much because of it. At the end of application my lips were so dry and were not an ideal foundation for lipstick. I liked the color, but it just dried out my lips :(

3I don\\'t wear lip liner so I just gave it to my sister who also doesn\\'t use liner but she was going to try it out.
