great luminous primer without thick silicone feel

This primer was super lightweight, watery instead of thick, dried quickly, yet provided my skin with moisture and lit-from-within brightening that looked great under my foundation. It doesnt have that thick slippery feeling silicone-based primers can have. This worked well with my oily skin and wasn't too shiny or too matte, it just gave a natural finish.

The VSL primer has a nice glow. I liked the undertone glow it gave my skin after I applied my tinted sun screen. I don’t like heavy foundation so I don’t normally wear a primer, but I like this one and the glow it gave my skin. Almost like a highlighter but more subtle .. it’s cool. Def recommend to try.
