The fact that it was more of a lotion than a standard leave-in conditioner made it heavy for my hair. I have a "lot of" hair, but it's flat rather than thick. For this reason it tends to get weighed down fairly easily. I found this also left my hair with a greasy texture.

I love the smell of this leave-in lotion! It definitely hydrates my hair, leaving it soft and shiny. My only complaint is that the results only last for a day and, as someone who can only use shampoo every few days, I worry about build up.
