Simply coat the brush with powder (wet or dry) and sweep over the lid. We suggest blending two or three colours to create more depth! Don’t be afraid to experiment.

Goes on so nicely. I love the shimmer and how it pops, but not too much. Normally I have to use a primer to get the shimmer to show on others, but not this. It's my new favorite eye shadow
