STEP 1 Paint nails with shade Kobalt and let dry.
STEP 2 Pour a small amount of shades Kustom Fit and Kargo onto a disposable surface.
STEP 3 Dip one corner of a makeup sponge into shade Kustom Fit and dab off excess. Apply by tapping the polish gently onto the tips of each nail, blending the color into shade Kobalt.
STEP 4 Dip a different corner of a makeup sponge into into shade Kargo and dab off excess. Apply by tapping the polish gently onto the base of each nail, blending the color into shade Kobalt.
STEP 5 Soak a Q-Tip in nail polish remover and use to clean up the polish around the cuticles.

I really like it!
Some glitter polish is really chunky and scratchy feeling- not this! You can feel the texture but it's not bothersome. I used this as a topcoat over a nude beige that alone didn't look so nice on me- but adding this bling snazzed it up without being too over the top. So happy I received this in my box, otherwise I'd be giving away my too light polishes. Can't wait to use this on my toes!
Love for Kobalt!
I received this product in Kobalt which is a true demin blue. At first glance, I expected it to dry much lighter. Based solely on the polish appearance still in the bottle, I was sure the translucent shimmer would be greater than the actual color. I was abit concerned that effect would look silly on a millennial, I was wrong. It's a beautiful blue, not too bright and perfect for both casual and trendy styles, the shimmer morphed into a topcoat that shines as it catches the light. It's far from glittery, a plus for polish lovers of all ages who enjoy more contemporary shades. I actually love the textured finish, I'd liken it to used sandpaper, obvious to the touch without being abrasive or downright painful. One coat followed by drying mist is all I needed, a bottle will likely last quite some time. It does chip around the edges easily, a clear gel topcoat took care of that, however. A matte topcoat would be adorable on a lighter tone, particularly so with the texture! Final verdict: trendy, unique, cute and extremely affordable!
Poor color choice
I hate the color I got in my box. It's dull. I normally like SinfulColors, but Kylie missed the mark on this.
