I love this stuff. its all I have to put in my hair. it doesn't weight it down. I used to use its a 10 and several other products daily to maintain my frizz, but with this it all I need. I spray it in damp hair, then blow dry and straighten. its just amazing.

I really don't use this type of product often, as I rarely blow dry my hair. It did leave my hair looking shiny, and it smells very good. I have really fine, thick hair, and I found this felt heavy and sticky. I can't really attest to whether it strengthens or protects the hair well, as I don't blow dry often enough to tell.

If you have thin hair...

the directions say to use liberally. If you have fine, oily hair it will make your hair an oil slick in under a day, so stick to 2 or 3 pumps at the very most.
