I love this because my hair is medium length and I like to be able to balance between having clean hair after a workout and growing my hair out. Most products are too drying for this, but not AG Hair- Cleansing Cream Foam-Free Hair Wash! The reason I gave this 4 stars is because I have to use it daily, even on days I don\\'t have a hard workout.\\r\\nIf you have longer hair that you wash every day (due to intense workouts, etc) AND/OR if you have very dry hair, THIS is the product for you! It will nourish your hair and remove the dirt/oil well. \\r\\nHowever, if you already have oily hair- DO NOT buy this. You will end up washing your hair more than you would like.
