Pretty Cool if
4This are pretty neat but I don't have under eye issues or bags! Thank goodness for that but they do feel nice and I'll still see if they give me a little more moisture for the rest of the day.

51) Cleanse and thoroughly dry your face.\r\n2) After opening the foil package, peel off the plastic liner. For best results use the patches immediately after opening.
