I love the product itself, but mine does not have a felt tip. The tip is similar to some some lip glosses I have, almost like a brush. I was confused at first, there's not any way to make a straight line with a tip such as that. So, I use one of my eyeliner brushes...I dip my brush in the color then apply. Not sure why mine is different...
