Dry Lipstick old

Bad Medina cosmetics are far beyond the worst dry as can be. The pigment is barely there. The formula could improve. At this point any drug store brand lipstick would be better than this dry shimmer. And another thing I tried all of her few makeup products and I must say they are stale. Please check your products makeup does expire.
