I love this product and its results. I did not like the packaging of this product because you need a spatula to get it out correctly. I prefer squeeze bottles so I took off one star.

I love this cleansing balm. It does exactly what the product card says it would do. I love the way it goes on, smooth and love the smell of it. It also removed my waterproof mascara very easily and left my skin feeling smooth, clean and hydrated. I will most certainly purchase more. This is a must have for removing makeup and clean feeling skin.

The lid to my balm came off in the box, and the black crinkly paper in the box got dust all over the product. Not cool. This is not the first time this has happened to me with Glossybox - please consider making sure products have safety seals. And please consider not using the black paper, it gets black dust all over every product. Functionally, the balm works great to remove makeup, but it does leave a film in my eyes overnight when I use it, so I wake up with irritated, crusty eyes in the morning. Not for me, thanks.

I found this product to be very unusual as a makeup remover. I felt like it left build up on my face. It was almost like spreading lotion over my face in order to try to remove the makeup and it just felt very uncomfortable afterwards.
