A bit Greasy after a few days

So I live in a Dry Cabin. Meaning I don't have running water at all. I haul 5 gal jugs of water to my home to wash my hands and dishes. This leaves my hair very moisturized immediately and upto 1 day after using. Anything past that and my hair feels greasy.
