Maybe I'm just difficult to please but I was really hoping for some new, exciting products since this was the birthday box. I was happy with the hair masque; it was enough to make me feel like I got my monies worth from the purchase. As for the other stuff, it was just kinda mehhh and boring. I also feel like the variation products value difference is so extreme that it can be a letdown when receiving the lowest value product more than a few times a year.

I very much appreciated the full size hair mask this month which earns this box an extra star. The nail polish isn't my taste, but it's festive and maybe I'll use it over the holidays. The cleanser was good, as I like the brand which I didn't know about until introduced to it through Glossybox. Although, I am not fond of the small size of the cleanser. The glow stick is just another highlighter I don't want or need, though it is perfectly fine and has a good amount of product. My disappointment is the lipliner. I personally dislike receiving lip and eye pencils as I feel they are cheap fillers, especially compared to the other variables that were available this time, such as the eyeshadow palette. As always, the packaging was impeccable and no other subscription box comes close.

A bit disappointed this month

I was a bit disappointed in the bad this month.  I love the mask. It smells divine. The EH cleanser was a small sample, although it was nice.  The nail polish was a miss for me.  It didn’t work out at all. The highlighter was more glitter than shimmer. And I would have preferred anything to the lip pencil (especially the Po eye serum).  I don’t like the Model Co. lip pencils at all.  Usually I like everything a bit, but this box was a miss for me.
