4Unfortunately my shadow arrived broken up, but customer support was great and as they had no replacement shadow in stock, they promptly sent me a alternate product of my choice. I'm impressed with their customer care policies.

5I've only been getting Glossybox for a couple of months, I've been wanting to for a longtime before that and wish I did because I love it! I also receive Julep, Ipsy, Birchbox, sometimes Lip Monthly and a few others I've been receiving for over a year and GLOSSYBOX is def BY FAR the BEST BEAUTY BOX!!
