January 2018 “Fresh Face” Glossbox

This month’s Box was pretty much ideal/perfect in my eyes.  The theme is Fresh Face which I’d be happy with every month.  It contained a fragrance-free eye gel targeting dark circles (YES!), a superfood facial oil (YES!), a marula oil hair serum (YES!), a tinted lip balm (YES!) and a mascara (meh).  I’m not a fan of getting mascaras with convential formulations like this which tend to smear on me easily giving me racoon eyes (so I buy the type with “beauty tubes” formulations). And I’d have preferred the lip balm be in a stick/tube form instead of a pot (nice balm though).  But I’m thrilled with the face oil, hair oil, under eye gel.  Great box all around.

I have many and I mean many makeup subscription boxes and bags I get every month. This ones packaging is by far the best. The products need to be a little bigger sometimes, Like a mask I got that didnt cover the whole face because there was not enough in the package but everything else I have gotten is great. Love the make up items and hair care is awesome, not big on some of the skin care.

Fresh face for the new year

I really enjoyed all of the products in the January Glossybox. The eye gel is gentle yet really moisturizing. I like the facial oil as my skin seems to need more moisture during the winter months. The hair product also left my hair soft and moisturized.
