I love glossybox
5I also receive another beauty subscription. This one blows it out of the water. You may not get a little bag, but nobody uses those anyway! I have received some beautiful products! High end, full size, and gorgeous products. I received a 54 dollar bottle of heaven in a dry oil from nuxe. That almost paid for the 58 I spent on a 3 month subscription! It was the best birthday gift I have bought myself. I will be renewing and you should too!

My first box
3I didn't receive my first box. I even used a promo code for another free one for summer which I also didn't get. This wasn't Glossy Box's fault, the tracking info confirmed that, but it was disappointing because it's the most expensive of the 3 boxes I get every month and I really wanted what was in them. Customer service called me back after about a week and gave me enough glossy dots for another free box, or whatever else I wanted but that doesn't cover the free one I used a promo code for. \r\nI ensured the card I use for small, reoccurring bulls didn't charge for another Glossy Box until the issue was resolved so it declined when they tried to charge while I was waiting for a response from customer care about the missing July box. After it was resolved I went in and manually paid for August with another promo code for an additional free box like I almost got in July...now the automated system has charged me for August so I've been double charged. I guess their system didn't realize I had already paid...\r\nI really want this box every month but this needs to be resolved fast and I need there to not be anymore issues or I'll need to cancel completely. \r\nI'm giving 3 stars because even though I didn't get to try the products I know they're worth well over the $21 the box costs.

My first box
5I've tried other subscriptions like ipsy and birchbox. However, when this showed up I was so excited. I love the packaging, it really felt like it was put together for me. And I love the full sized products I got!

Very disappointed
1What a bummer to see that some people received the Nuxe oil and Melted lipstick , and some like me, received a box with shave oil leaked all over the rest of the box . No Melted , no Nuxe!!! Wonder how they decide who receives the box with the high value and who doesn't ?

5I was so amazed with the packing!! I got a really good deal to sign up and get 2 extra boxes and I am in-love! I cannot to get my next box!!

Downhill Fast
1The Glossybox products are going downhill fast--or at least in the box I got. The photo shown above only contains 3 of the products which I actually received. False advertisement and poor customer service support when dissatisfaction is reported.
