Back when glossy was good
Wow this was an amazing box I can't believe it had 3 full sized i items in it. What happened

Loved it
This was my 2nd box and i really loved it. To begin with i liked the box's design in which all the products came. The products themselves were very good as well. I loved the Doucce Blush duo palette, La Roche-Posay hydrating cleanser, NCLA Clean up your act. The other products were also very good. In this box i believe the only thing i didn't really like was the Luseta beauty Shampoo and conditioner just because they smelled like coconuts.

I loved the Aerin lotion and the doucce highlighter. But other things were just okay. It was an okay box, not over the top box.

Awful customer service
I have never had a damaged product in a glossy box but in July I had 2. Emailed customer service with pictures over a month ago and still have not heard back from anyone. I\\'ve sent follow up emails and only received automated emails back that my query has been update. Not impressed

Awesome
I really enjoyed my first glossybox. From the moment I opened the package, it felt special. The box was of good quality, the little sticker on the wrapping paper was a nice touch. I am so in love with the body wash! So far I have only tried that and the face wash, but I am very much looking forward to trying the rest of my products.

I loved the Truffle cleansing oil and Dr. Paw Paw. Such great quality for a very fair price!
