Product substitute: Still smiling
4First of all, I have to say that the Glossybox itself was so pretty. The colors blended so well together and the beach scene was perfect for the month of July. I guess there was not enough eyeshadow palettes to go around to all glossies because I did not receive this product. Instead, I received a beautiful blush by ciate London called glow-to illuminating blush in matchmaker. I love how highlighters are swirled in with the blush and leaves a beautiful glow on your cheeks that brightens up the whole face. The Purlisse sheet mask smelled wonderfully and left my face feeling so smooth and hydrated. Great product! I love the color chosen for the Elaine Badro duo set brushes. I’m not really knowledgeable about brushes yet, but I’m learning. They feel like they are made from quality products and are really cute. I love love love the Batiste volumizing dry shampoo. It smells great and worked very well on my thin hair. Gave me lots of volume and bounce. I would definitely recommend this dry shampoo. It’s the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used. The Verso Skincare eyecream feels so good going on. Left my undereye area feeling soft, supple and smooth. I have a good feeling about this eyecream. I can’t wait to see the results after continued use. I love all the products in the July box. I do wish that I could have received the eyeshadow duo because I am a “collector” of eyeshadows but the product substituted was of high quality and a beautiful shade so I am not disappointed. Well done Glossybox!

Good box
3I liked all the items. However I will not be needing the brushes or the blush as I have enough of those. I loved the magnetic treasure box style of this box and was in need of eye cream!

Seashell Delight
5I loved the special seashell decorated print on the sturdy box. I collect shells and will use this box to store them! To be reminded of the wonders of the sea when I was not able to visit the sea this year was satisfying. It helped me remember better days near the ocean. The surprises inside the box were all delightful and useful to me. I worried I would not like the dry shampoo but this one was far better than any I had ever tried. The rich eye cream and the subtle highlighter helped perk up my look and added glow without glitter.
