First box - happy with service
4The November 2013 box was awesome - well packaged, loved the products inside. My eyeshadow brush arrived damaged, and customer service immediately agreed to send a replacement when I contacted them. I am impressed! Ordered a gift subscription for a family member for the holidays!

Great Variety Box!
5This is a great box and I love, ,love, the Ginseng cream. It's nice to get Asian brands in the box. Very moisturizing to my face, light, and non oily. I was very surprised about the Nicka K eyeshadow brush. It picked up color very well and the bristles are soft. The Emite black shadow color is nice, color payoff is good and lasted all day. The jojoba cleansing polish is very refreshing to the face. It has nice small micro beads and did not irritate my skin. I think the nice part is that it is sulfate free. The Mastey olive oil and grape seed extract leave in oil treatment smells so good when applying to my hair. Not to oily and a little bit goes a long way.

5I got everything but the Ginseng Cream. The liner/shadow color was great and the brush is very nice quality.

my first box
3November was my first box. Wasn't sure what to expect. I am also subscribed to ipsy so I was thinking it would be similar if not higher end brands. I got 4 out of the 7 items that it has showing. I like the jojoba cleansing polish a lot. And also the eyeliner/eye shadow pencil it came in such a nice color. The other items I'm not so impressed with

this was my first box
2I am giving this a shot for the year and this was my first box. October's box looked WAY better than what we got this time but I am willing to try it again. Looking forward to December's box.

Good Deal over all!
4The concentrated ginseng cream smelled horrible, like old lady fragrance, could not stand it. Would never repurchase it. Why make something so strong and unpleasant? The jojoba cleansing radiance polish is a great cleanser, but I find it too drying for my dry/combo skin, more for oily skin types. The leave-in oil treatment has a smell I don't care for but it is not overwhelming and I felt no better results than any other serum/oils I have used on my hair. The shadow brush is wonderful, very soft. The black shadow is terrific, very pigmented, great for lining eyes or a nice smokey look. I did not get the shadow stick or duo eye pencil, which would have been nicer than the cream and cleanser. So far I am pleased with it.

2The november box was at best average. the vincent longo eyeliner was awful - it rubbed off just being on my hand for 10 minutes. For $21, this was not worth it. To be honest, the birchbox sent me more samples in bigger sizes this month than glossybox. disappointing.
