4Although October's box may not have been the highest value box ever, all of the products included were very useful. I appreciate the fact that less make up items were sent, as I very rarely use those. I really appreciate any skin care products that I receive, and I guess that I might be considered a skin care junkie, lol. I would also love to see some luxe bath time products included in the future. That Aeirn soap that was sent some time ago was the best ever! I'm glad to see that since the Hut Group has taken over, GlossyBox is beginning to step up it's game. Very nice box, overall. I also want to say that on many of the social forums I see that the Customer Service Dept. is being bashed on a regular basis. I have had over the years, several encounters with customer service, and they have always been very kind, courteous, and accommodating. They're getting a very bad wrap, and I'm not sure why, that has not been my experience with GlossyBox CS at all.
