3In general I think that the samples are lower in quality then when I first started. Smaller samples and samples of companies I pretty much know of.. The reason for this is to try NEW things. I continue to receive products I don\\'t use.... The shipping email and dates are not consistent and it is very difficult to speak with customer service.

3I can only remember 1 or 2 boxes with which I was truly disappointed...most boxes, like the September box, introduce you to a good mix of make-up, skin care, and hair care...some of which you will like, some you won\\'t--that\\'s OK. That is the nature of experimenting and trying new things. Some of your boxes have been splendiferous! You are a great company with a great idea that helps people try new things. Keep up the good work!

4Its always fun to receive the Glossybox. I enjoy trying all the products included and give them all a fair shake unless I absolutely hate a scent or color. For the most part, this box was nice. I did give away the nail polish because of the color.
