A very flattery shade

This is the first Bell\xc3\xa1pierre lipstick I've tried and it's been amazing so far. It has a very pigmented formula and will last all afternoon. I was impressed at how well it worked on my sensitive lips as I will often have problems with irritation from many other lipsticks I've tried.

I like this brand's loose powder eyeshadows and brow powders, but I find the lipstick rather average. The color is a very pretty shade of rose pink that I find quite flattering. The color goes on really sheer though, and it takes 2-3 swipes to get full coverage. One swipe is sheer and a bit patchy. It is almost more like a colored lip balm to me. It's nice, but nothing to rave about.

I rarely wear true lipsticks because they are waxy and thick. Bellapierre is highly pigmented, goes on lightly and covers well. I colored only the bottom lip then pressed the top lip in for color- works great! I got a dark color and I like it very much.
