I dont know if this is an eyeshadow or all over body shimmer but I didnt like it! Its messy and clumpy. USELESS!

I prefer pressed eyeshadows to loose shimmers as these can be messy and harder to apply. I would not use this as a highlighter or on my lips as it suggests. The color is pretty and maybe I will try it eventually.
