This product is pigmented and glittery. It has easy application and stays on the eyelids with no primer. The shimmer/sparkles mean it doesn't move easily which is great! It also works as a cheek highlighter.

So I love anything and everything glitter and I don't even care for the mess because glitter. My daughter was the first to sneak and get into this and literally got it everywhere on herself and room but it looked like a fairy had been in there, was sparkles floating everywhere I couldn't be mad. When wiping off some you are left with a nice shimmer I like. It's very sparkly, has a pink color I want to say a faint smell? Works well on base eyeshadow color. Also makes hair look real magical lol
