I have fine thin hair and I was worried it would be to heavy for my hair. Not the case at all! This stuff is amazing. I do apply to damp hair and leave in overnight once a week. My hair has never looked so healthy! Since I have such fine hair, a little goes a long way. It is expensive, but worth evey penny.
