Wonderful Neutral Nail Strength
5I used it as a base coat and also used 2-3 coats when I wore it alone as a nude nail polish color. It is very beautiful and matches with everything.

I was confused at first....
3I was confused - is it nail polish? Is it moisturizer for cuticles? Hadn\\'t heard of a \\nail tinted moisturizer\\. I guess it is colored moisturizer for your nails? I put it on my nails and I liked the neutral color, but not sure how great it moisturized my nails.
