Raccoon eyes!

First of all, the brush was off putting and sort of massive and put some clumps on. Once I got past that,I though it looked nice. Until I gave a speech in a room with no air conditioning (84 degrees, 60 something humidity) and when I walked out I had horrible raccoon eyes.
